ABVV Oost-Vlaanderen approached us to visualise the right course of action for individuals facing unemployment. This included defining all the different organisations you have to talk to with their specific obligations to you, listing the requirements for receiving unemployment benefits, how to fill in the right documents, tutorials etc.

Solution

We created a series of diverse and inclusive explainer videos, designed with accessibility and simplicity at their core to help audiences navigate often crucial work-related information. In use the explainers proved it’s worth. The complex videos were experienced as approachable and engaging, by the target audience, taking at least a bit of pressure off the predicament they were in.
