MUCE is a nonprofit that wants to get a broad audience involved in the circular economy. They needed a clear and accessible way to explain what a cooperative actually is. That’s not easy, because cooperatives come in many shapes and forms. The visuals also had to set the tone for how MUCE would talk about the research from then on.
We made an explainer that starts from a familiar idea: every company begins with a mission, but over time profit often takes over. From there, the video shows how a cooperative works differently. Members are part owners, one share means one vote, and together they reach goals none of them could reach alone. Simple illustrations and smooth motion make the model easy to follow and show why MUCE sees cooperatives as a driver of the circular economy. We also cut shorter versions for social media.
