VLAM had a rich library of authentic photography, Flemish local farmers, fresh crops, mom-and-pop sales points… How could they use this in non-static channels, in a fun and unexpected way? Two videos were needed: one explaining what the short supply chain is and why it matters, and a second guiding audiences through the different types of sales points.
We developed two fast-paced collage animation videos that transformed the existing photo library into kinetic, striking video’s. Punchy typographic animations carried the narrative. On which we cut, layered, and animated the photography into a high-energy social media content series. The result was two distinctly ownable social assets that felt native to the feed while staying true to the campaign's local, honest character.
